Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneader with high quality and high productivity capable of achieving stable kneading without shortage of melting of organic material as well as unstable kneading state even when a thermosetting resin composition containing a large quantity of hard inorganic fillers is kneaded. SOLUTION: A single shaft continuous kneader comprises a continuous spiral blade portion 1 having a continuous spiral blade 11 where the spiral blade is continuous, an intermittent spiral blade portion 2 having intermittent spiral blades 12 where a part of the spiral blade is lacked, and a screw constituted of a spacer portion without the spiral blade thereover more than 1 pitch of the screw or/and a vertical blade portion provided with intermittent-shaped vertical blades 14 which is perpendicular to the screw shaft. |
