Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization and lightening while easily maintaining a horizontal state in an all-casing-boring machine. SOLUTION: A casing tube 13 is pushed into a ground as being turned under the state, in which the casing tube 13 is gripped by the clamping body 14 of a driving-section case body 15, while soil and sand in the inside are discharged and excavation works are conducted. A hydraulic cylinder 18 for lifting and lowering supporting the driving-section case body 15 to a base frame 17 in a freely vertically movable manner is installed while a leveling hydraulic cylinder 19 is mounted on the lower section of the hydraulic cylinder 18 for lifting and lowering.
