Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flying object utilizing system capable of obtaining information such as an image required by user by remote control and providing information such as collected images only to a specific user. SOLUTION: Single or plural flying objects are provided with single or plural information collecting devices 2 each of which has a visual field range changing function and a visual field direction changing function to be controlled by a remote control signal and a means for converting information such as images collected by the device 2 into a signal and sending the signal to the ground. A signal ciphering processor 103 and a deciphering processor 106 capable of deciphering a cipher are combined with each other, the device 2 is driven only by a remote control signal outputted from a certain specific remote controlled different for every information collecting device and collected data can be reproduced only by a specified device different for every information collecting device.
