Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage and output a document consisting of plural applications to image forming devices, page by page, by setting the image forming device and page attributes such as page numbers, page by page. SOLUTION: Documents created by respective word processing, graph generating, spread sheet, and drawing applications are inputted to a data control unit 2 for output and managed as documents 20 which are put together in one in specific order. Page numbers are given as required, and whether or not the color or monochromatic images are formed, page by pages is judged per screen as to all the pages, and the setting data are outputted to a specific image forming device, page by page, to print the page numbers and images. A page information input/output means saves the documents 20 including the names of files, the page order set by a page attribute setting means, and the kinds of image output, etc., in one page information data file, so that the same documents 20 can be generated at any time by reading in the file.
