SOLUTION: The updating situation of schedule data is kept in each terminal system as an update log S1. At the time of managing schedule data of one user by the plural terminal systems, the terminal systems communicate with each other S2 when communication is possible to synchronize schedule data S3. At the time of exchanging difference data with another terminal system, for final update log number of received data is obtained from the terminal system of a transmitting destination to manage as a communication log S4.
