Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of supplying driving power and being operated for a long time by providing the information processor with a power generating function and a charging function and the charging power supply method of the information processor. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a power generating mechanism composed of a permanent magnet 13 provided on the lower part of a pointing device 12 and a coil 14 surrounding the permanent magnet 13 accompanying the movement of a stick type pointing device 12. Then, generated power in this power generating mechanism is charged and supplied to a charger 15 and a battery 16.
