PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make softening of an end of a base material having different thickness uniform by a hot plate. SOLUTION: The end heater for a lengthy resin molded product comprises a design side hot plate 31 for molding a design surface 2a side of an end 2 of an extrusion molded lengthy resin 1 and an opposite design side hot plate 32 for molding an opposite design surface 2b side of the end 2. In this case, a plurality of stylus tip-like protrusions 33 provided at the side opposed to the plate 31 are provided at the plate 32. In the case of heating the end 2, the protrusions 33 are inserted into the surface 2b side of the end 2 to heat the end 2. Accordingly, in the embodiment, even if the end of the resin 1 in a heating step has a complicated thin and thick shape, it is dealt with a length and thickness of the protrusions 33, substantially uniformly heated to be softened to become a state press moldable in a predetermined shape.
