Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient liquid-cooled two-phase heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A plurality of plate-shaped flat pipes 22 are juxtaposed apart from each other. Header plates are arranged at both ends of the plate-shaped flat pipe, and both ends of each plate-shaped flat pipe are inserted in sealed condition into header plates. Tanks are fixed to the header plates, severally, and these tank is provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. A plurality of serpentine flat pipes 40 having plural parallel straight pipe parts 42 extended each between both ends are juxtaposed with each other, and both ends are inserted in sealed condition into the headers 30 and 32. Each plate-shaped flat pipe is put, making heat exchange relation, between the two adjacent straight pipe sections of the serpentine flat pipes, and the serpentine flat pipes are arranged between the two header plates.
