Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a porous crosslinked complex manufactured easily, having suppressed deterioration of strength and useful as a porous cellulosic immobilized support and a porous cellulosic ion-exchanger applying to immobilization of microbe, wastewater treatment or the like. SOLUTION: This complex is obtained by crosslinking a polymer having a functional group such as cellulose, a cellulose derivative, polyvinyl alcohol or the like. The above functional group is selected from the groups of hydroxyl, carbonyl, amino, amide, carboxyl, ester, cyano and alkenyl and the polymer having a functional group is preferably polyvinyl alcohol.
