Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve difficulties in applying enough air pressure for floating a heavy article evenly on a plurality of bearing areas, causing an unstable floating or moving due to the unbalance of weight distribution. SOLUTION: A supporting member T which lifts and lowers along with a moving device M, and a seal member S which seals, in contact with a floor G, between an inner space (i) under the moving device M and an outer space (o) outside of the moving device M are provided on the periphery of the moving device M. Between the supporting member T and the seal member S, a linear slide part U is provided which has a slide member 12 folowing the moving device M's lifting and lowering with the bottom of the seal member S in contact with the floor G at the time of the supporting member T's lifting and lowering, and a roller member 13 which guides the slide member 12. Accordingly, the seal member S is brought into contact stably with the floor G to prevent air leak form the periphery of the moving device M.
