Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently move a heavy article to be moved while keeping the horizontal stability thereof by supporting the weight of the heavy article to be moved with good balance. SOLUTION: An air compressor 8 is provided for supplying external air to the internal space S of a moving device 1 having a plurality of vertically moved wheels 12 arranged in its bottom surface, a sealing device M is provided around the bottom surface of the moving device 1 to insulate the internal space S from the outside, and the sealing device M is composed of a soft first sealing material and a second hard sealing material. Thus, the weight of the moving device 1 to be moved is shared by air pressure and the wheels 12 with good balance, and a stable seal is formed around the moving device 1 by the sealing device M composed of the two-stage sealing materials.
