Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the inspection time by measuring the magnetic field-time characteristic generate from a subject to be measured in a plurality of positions, and extracting the frequency component exceeding a prescribed electric field value. SOLUTION: A current-time characteristic I(t) on a subject to be measured is calculated from the magnetic field-time characteristic H(t) by the of the data every sampling time. The calculated current-time characteristic I(t) and the position on the subject are stored correspondingly. The current-time characteristic I(t) is regarded as a minute dipole wave source in the position on the subject to calculate the electric field E(t) in a distance subject to law regulation. The far electric field E(t) in time domain is Fourier-transformed to an electric field E(t) in frequency domain. Since the electric field-frequency characteristic E(f) can be obtained from the magnetic field-time characteristic H(t) according to the above processing, the characteristic in which the electric field value exceeds a set value is extracted from the electric field-frequency characteristic E(f) for judging the current-time characteristic I(t) having the frequency characteristic, and the corresponding position on the subject to be measured is outputted.
