Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability and safety when a pump device is stopped by providing a stopping method by software with a microcomputer against the bubble stop of hardware in addition to the stopping method by hardware with a flow switch. SOLUTION: When a faucet 14 is opened for starting to use water in the operation stand-by state, the water in a pressure tank 10 flows out, and the detected pressure of a pressure sensor 1 is reduced. When a pressure reduction is continuously noticed, an operation is started, the revolving speed of the motor of a pump device is increased (decreased) as the detected pressure is reduced (increased) according to the used quantity of water, and the discharged pressure from the faucet 14 is kept constant. When the faucet 14 is closed and the use of water is completed, the float of a flow switch 12 is lowered to open the contact point of a reed switch, an electric path is interrupted via a relay, and a pump is stopped in a stand-by state.
