Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete block retaining wall capable of significantly reducing the excavation volume on the hill side (face of slope side) of the retaining wall, and capable of constructing with high efficiency. SOLUTION: By multisteppedly stacking precast concrete blocks, the center of gravity G of the body is dislocated further to the face of slope side than the center S of the load bearing surface of the bottom surface of the retaining wall. Precast concrete blocks whose upper stay length is longer than that of lower block are multisteppedly stacked at least to the position of the center of gravity G so that the center of gravity of the body is dislocated further to the side of face of slope than the center S of the load bearing surface of the retaining wall bottom surface. |
