Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a collision rate by avoiding transmission of data at the same time and to eliminate the need for setting a priority count by the user to a counter of each device on the occurrence of collision without duplication. SOLUTION: A communication controller is provided with a counter that counts up for a prescribed time, a priority count section 26, and a period count section 25. Data are usually sent periodically based on a count of the period count section 25 but the controller deviates a timing of data transmission by each device based on a count of the priority count section 26 when occurrence of collision is detected and sends data periodically based on a count of the periodic count section 25 again.
