Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a temperature history indicator for food and drink which can easily and accurately display the temperature history of food and drink by heating in its distribution stage. SOLUTION: The temperature history indicator is an indicator which is attached to the package of food and drink and indicates the history of storage temperature of the food and drink, by discoloration a symbol, figure, or characters printed in ink containing at least methyl yellow, organic acid and/or metal salt of organic acid, and a conductivity donor.
