PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for potting or casing a bundle of inorganic hollow fibers by using a solid filling resin and a device for applying the method. SOLUTION: A method is used for forming a tube sheet by potting or casting a bundle of inorganic hollow fibers as a part of the manufacture of a gas separating membrane module. In this case, the method comprises a process of introducing a bundle 5 of hollow fibers into a mold 4, a process of injecting a solid filling resin into the mold 4 and a process of exposing the resin on an ultrasonic wave field while injecting the resin. The method also includes the mold 4, a means 1 of injecting the solid filling resin into the mold 4 and an ultrasonic wave field generator for applying the ultrasonic wave field to the resin while injecting the resin.
