Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invalidate pyroelectric effect even if a piezoelectric ceramics are not of the same performance. SOLUTION: When piezoelectric ceramics 2 and 3 are bonded to a metal vibration plate 1 with a bond 6, electrodes 4 and 5 of piezoelectric ceramics are heated for solidification while they are electrically shorted through pyroelectric pins 10 and 11, a pressurizing piece 7, a receiving piece 8, and a center pin 9 or shorted with a conductor comprising a resistance value. By forcedly discharging an electric charge caused by pyroelectric effect during heating/ solidification at bonding of a plurality of piezoelectric ceramics, a piezoelectric ceramics of large pyroelectric characteristics is matched with a piezoelectric ceramic of small pyroelectric characteristics, resulting in invalidation of pyroelectric effect. So, when it is used for an acceleration sensor, only an output proportional to oscillation acceleration is obtained for excluding a needless output caused by temperature. |
