Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which an antigen substance in a sample to be inspected can be detected simply, quickly and with high sensitivity. SOLUTION: In an immunological measuring method and a measuring reagent for an antigen substance, an insoluble carrier in which an antibody with reference to the antigen substance in a sample to be inspected is carried via a receptor capable of making the antibody or its fragment a ligand and an insoluble carrier which carries a substance nonimmunologically bonded to the antigen substance in the sample to be inspected are reacted with the antigen substance in the sample to be inspected, and a generated aggregation is measured. Then, the receptor which can make the antibody or its fragment the ligand refers to an antibody, protein A or protein G which is reacted with the ligand and which does not generate an aggregation singly. In addition, the substance which is bonded nonimmunologically to the antigen substance in the sample to be inspected refers to heparin, an aminoacid, a pigment, an oligonucleotide, AMP, ADP, gelatine, benzamidine, a metal ion holding body, a lectin, a boric acid derivative or a steroid. |
