Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize wastes and improve durability or the like by forming a burned product using city rubbish incinerated ash and sewer sludge incinerated ash as raw material added with a material containing hydraulic composition comprising gypsum and burned product containing a particular weight proportion of calcium chloroaluminate or the like and calcium silicate. SOLUTION: This panel material is formed from a cement material containing hydraulic composition (ecocement) consisting of burned products and gypsum containing 10 to 40 wt.% of one or more kinds of calcium chloroaluminate, calcium fuluoroaluminate and calcium alumintate added to burned products with one or more kinds of city rubbish incinerated ash and sewer sludge incinerated ash as raw material. Here, the hydraulic material of not less than 20 wt.% is desired to be contained. This ecocement uses a dried powder of sewer sludge made by mixing quick lime to shells of shellfishes and sewer sludge and other ordinary wastes and industrial wastes, and they are burned at 1,200 to 1,500 deg.C and clinker obtained is crushed and gypsum is added as required in manufacturing.
