Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to recycle by solidifying particulate dust composed of crushed and pulverized waste and powdery waste with a cement mixture having a prescribed combination to eliminate the effect of waste incineration residual ash by incineration. SOLUTION: Recovered waste is classified to be separated into dry waste such as secondary incineration ash powdery coal, pet bottles, construction waste materials, general waste plastics or the like and wet waste such as garbage, refuse, primary incineration ash or the like. The particulate dust comprising the waste obtained by crushing and pulverizing the dry waste and the crushed, pulverized, dewatered and dried powdery waste is mixed by 100-400 pts.wt with the cement mixture composed of 100-60 pts.wt cement, 0-40 pts.wt arc powder consisting of CaO, SiO2 and Al2 O3 , 46-90 pts.wt water, 4-10 pts.wt arc liquid consisting of polycarboxylic acid modified melanin based high polymer and 0-100 pts.wt. natural fine sand to be solidified and to be used as recycled aggregate. |
