Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of a synthetic resin part around an ultraviolet lamp for sterilizing, and reduction of the sterilizing effect caused by reduction of airflow by disposing a metal-made tangential fan arranging the ultraviolet sterilization lamp within a ventilation passage. SOLUTION: A main body case 1 is formed out of a combination with an upper case 2 and a lower case 3, and a front surface plate 5 having an inlet 4 on its front surface is assembled thereto. A filter device 6 and a fan casing 8 are disposed within the main body case 1, and an outlet 9 is provided on the leeward. A metal-made tangential fan 7 having an ultraviolet lamp 24 for sterilizing therein is provided within the fan casing 8. The fan casing 8, which is made from synthetic resins, is constituted of an upper fan casing 10 and a lower fan casing 11 that the respectively assembled on the upper case 2 and the lower case 3. Air sucked form the tangential fan 7 is sterilized by the ultraviolet lamp 24 for sterilizing, and is discharged from the outlet 9. Since ultraviolet rays is intercepted by the fan 7 at this time, the synthetic resins around the lamp can not be deteriorated.
