Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure bonding with sufficient strength without requiring any special outer layer material by specifying the contact area between a ferrite magnetic material and concrete having specified width in the field direction of a radio wave coming in a wall having an exterior material and in the thickness direction of the wall. SOLUTION: Contact area of a ferrite magnetic material 1 to an exterior material (tile) 2 is set at 8-40% and the contact width between them is set at 4-20 mm thus increasing contact area between the exterior material 2 and concrete 4. Consequently, bonding strength of the exterior material 2 is enhanced and stripping thereof can be prevented. When the contact width between the ferrite magnetic material and the exterior material is set at 4-20 mm, radio wave absorbing characteristics are ensured with a thickness of 20-40 mm. Since concrete 4 flows easily to the joint of the exterior material 2, post treatment of joint is not required and workability can be enhanced.
