Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a small-scale business owner to easily use a device without complicated setting by easy operation by guiding a user to input required for salary calculation so that it may be easy for him. SOLUTION: An operation means is provided with a main menu 8 which displays a list of calculation or input objects such as a salary, a bonus, and year-end adjustment by command buttons, plural sub-menus 24 which are loaded by indication to command buttons displayed in the main menu and display a list of input, display, and print of classifications corresponding to functions displayed on these command buttons by command buttons, and a detailed input form 44 which is loaded by indication to command buttons related to input of sub-menus 24 and displays a list of input items of classifications corresponding to functions displayed on these command buttons.
