PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a work efficiency, and reduce costs by improving workability, and providing a method for fixing of a metal lath and cover member simply and surely. SOLUTION: A required number of metal lath fixing holes 21 are beforehand arranged on a side surface part of a cover member 2, a metal lath fixing hole 11 of an installing member 1 is positioned opposing to the hole 21, the installing member 1 is fixed to a bottom surface part in the cover member 2, the metal lath 3 is mounted in the cover member 2 so as to be pinched and held an end part of the metal lath 3 between the side surface part of the cover member 2 and the installing member 1, each rivet is inserted from an outside of the cover member 2 into the metal lath fixing hole 21 of the cover member 2, and each of the rivet is inserted into any clearance of the metal lath and the metal lath fixing hole 11 of the installing member 1 so as to fix to each other. As a result, the metal lath 3 is pinchedly held and fixed between the side surface part of the cover member 2 and the installing member 1.
