Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easily filling gaps between magnetic material tiles for radio wave absorption which are arranged adjacently to each other, with a magnetic seal agent composed of magnetic powder and binder, by making the magnetic seal agent permeate into the gaps, by the effect of capillary phenomenon, and then hardening the agent. SOLUTION: A pannel Y is prepared in which 36 sheets of tiles TL which have a specified size and are made of ferrite are arranged and bonded on a board Bas made of ply wood with gaps tc 1 mm in width between adjacent tile rows in the lateral direction. A magnetic seal agent composed of magnetic powder such as cobalt ferrite, nickel ferrite, and nickel zinc ferrite and binder such as hardening resin, cement and plaster is spread on the respective gaps tc in the pannel Y. By this coating, the magnetic seal agent permeates into the gaps tc by the effect of capillary phenomenon and then hardens. Thereby radio wave absorbent is obtained. |
