Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always obtain an image of constant picture quality despite the variance of the moving speed of the image by using a picture quality equalization means which equalizes the entire picture quality of the image regardless of the variance of the image fetching speed. SOLUTION: A CPU 11 calculates the relative moving speed of a visiting card against the jam body of a scanner device based on the changed variable of a detection position signal SP that is set in a prescribed time. Then the CPU 11 estimates a moving speed in the next control timing from the said calculated moving speed and the moving speeds which are calculated at plural past time points as its estimation value. Furthermore, the CPU 11 accesses a light quantity value versus setting table 14b speed which is stored in a ROM 14 to read out the light quantity value corresponding to its estimated value, transmits a light quantity control signal SL to indicate the increase/decrease of light quantity so as to secure coincidence between the quantity of light emitted from an LED 6 and the previously read quantity of light, and controls the quantity of light emitted from the LED 6. |
