Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shared data base device capable of executing efficient extraction processing by the use of a small program. SOLUTION: Extraction processing from an original data base 10 is executed by respective extraction applications 211 to 217. When an object data specifying part Ml specifies key information to be a key for the retrieval of a table in the data base 10, a connection data generation part M2 reads out the table from the data base 10 based on the key information and connects read data. Then mask processing is executed by a mask part 230, a header is added by a post processing part 240 and a file is transferred to respective data bases. In the case of extracting key information, a specific event or a table name is sometimes specified as an object.
