Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance property of a vane in the case where a HFC refrigerant is used by nitriding a surface of a metallic member using nitrogen gas and hydrogen gas, arranging an unit such as Si, Ti thereon or an intermediate layer including an element such as carbon thereon, and forming a hard carbon thin film thereon. SOLUTION: In a refrigerant compressor wherein an electrically driven element 2 is housed in an upper side of the sealed container 1 and a rotary compressing element 3 is housed in a lower side of the sealed container 1, the rotary compressing element 3 is provided with a cylinder 7, a roller 10, and a vane 12. The vane 12 is formed in such a way that a surface of a metallic member is nitrided using nitrogen gas and hydrogen gas, an unit such as Si, Ti, Zr or the like is arranged thereon, or an intermediate layer including elements such as carbon and nitrogen thereon, and a hard carbon thin film is arranged thereon. A coat is prevented from separating from a sliding surface of the vane 12 and the roller 10, even if a frictional coefficient of the vane 12 surface is reduced, an abrasion resistance property is improved, a refrigerant is converted into a HFC refrigerant, and refrigerator oil is converted into ester refrigerator oil. |
