Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible connector having a high productivity by restrictively enable a relative axial direction, a horizontal direction, and an inclining motion in a pipe member when a second end region of the pipe member is arranged in a direction which is brought into contact with a vibration damping member, and an installing member is installed on a structure member of a fluid transferring system. SOLUTION: A flange member 12 is hydraulically formed after fitting to a compound tube so as to form a bellows 34 and a compound bellows/flange member structure. A mesh ring 28 is inserted into an inlet tube 18 to fit to a bead 22, an outlet tube 24 is inserted into the inlet tube 18, and the ring 28 is enclosed in an axial direction by the beads 22, 26. A mesh ring 30 is fitted to the outlet tube 24 until colliding with the bead 22. Its downstream part is mounted, a diameter is enlarged outward, and thereby, a liner tube structure is formed. After the liner tube structure is inserted into the bellows/flange member structure, the outlet tube 24 and the bellows 34 are tightly connected to each other. It is thus possible to connect the installing member to an exhaust manifold rapidly and simply.
