Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always keep stable printing quality by preventing the interference between the nozzles of a printing head part at a time of printing. SOLUTION: Printing data for emitting ink to the nozzles of a printing head part is inputted to a shift register Reg 1 and successively shifted to shift registers Reg 2-5 and, when the output of the shift register 3 is 'High', shift registers Reg 6, 7 and shift registers Reg 9, 10 are set by the output signal through a signal wire (a) to form voltage setting voltage to below ink emittable voltage to send out the printing data and control data to the printing head part. The printing head part is controlled so that voltage below the voltage capable of emitting the ink is applied to the nozzles on the basis of the control data in bit data wherein the printing data does emit the ink and voltage capable of emitting the ink to the nozzles is applied in bit data wherein the printing data emits the ink.
