Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the crosslinkability of a one-package coating composition comprising a storage-stable aqueous polyurethane polyacrylate hybrid dispersion having room temperature self-curability so that it may form a coating film of improved properties. SOLUTION: The hybrid dispersion comprises (A) 10-95 wt.% (based on the total resin solid content of the dispersion) polyurethane dispersion; (B) 5-90 wt.% (based on the total resin solid content of the dispersion) polymer prepared from a vinyl monomer mixture containing 0.5-20 wt.% (based on the total resin solid of the dispersion) acetoacetoxy-containing vinyl monomer in the presence of component A; and (C) an at least difunctional prim. or sec. amine in an amount corresponding to an equivalent ratio of the amino groups to the acetoacetoxy groups of 0.5/1 to 1.1/1, provided that the total of wt.% of components A and B is 100. |
