Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image processor which avoids overlapped images from becoming difficult to see and preventing losing an original image, regardless of the combination of colors. SOLUTION: This color image processor is provided with a color image input means 1, a color image inputting or generating means for superposing 2, a color image processing means 3 provided with an image memory 4, and a means outputting image-processed color image to an output means 5. The means 3 is made a processing means assigning a color, which is not used in a color original image as the color of a superposed color image at the recognizing of a color component used in the color source image inputted from the means 1 and superposing the color source image and a superposing the color image.
