Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a desired check possible without removing an inner packaged unit from a main body case, by forming inspection windows in the main body case so that a substrate mounted in the main body case can be visually inspected from outside. SOLUTION: In a side face facing an option substrate 12 of a main body case 1 for housing a control unit, inspection windows 17 small enough not to allow fingers to be put into are so formed as to face an indication mark 15 and a DIP switch 16. The indication mark 15 and the switching condition of the DIP switch 16 can be visually checked through the inspection windows 17. Since the type of the inner packaged substrate 12 and the setting condition of the switch 16 for setting can be checked from outside through the inspection windows 17, there is no need of removing the inner packaged unit from the main body case 1 as usually done in the conventional method. Therefore a function checking operation at the site can be done easily, and the workability can be increased.
