Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of flexibly dealing with the individual stances of each mail-order seller and unitarily managing information accompanying a mail-order selling business including mail-order selling dealt with by external consignees. SOLUTION: This mail-order management system intervenes among a mail- order seller group 14, a customer group 16, a deliverer group 18, a maker group 20, a warehouseman group 24 and a credit sale company group 22, and unnaturally manages information related to the mail-order business of respective mail- order sellers 13. The system consists of a database group 25 provided with plural databases, etc., a system control part 26, an order processing part 27 having a terminal connected to the control part 26 and capable of registering information obtained from the terminal in the database group 25 and transmitting information generated from the control part 26 to customers or the like, a physical distribution processing part 28, a claim processing part 29, and a mail-order selling business support processing part 30. An enterprise code for exclusively specifying each mail-order seller 13 is imparted to each data stored in the group 25 and respective data are managed and operated based on respective enterprise codes.
