Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a sign device and to improve a maintenance quality thereof, by interposing a hollow cylinder between a luminous part itself and a light source. SOLUTION: A cylinder 3 is a hollow cylinder made of a transparent material and installed in front of a reflector 2. A light guide part 3b of the cylinder 3 is made of a transparent material, such as transparent acrylic resin or transparent vinyl chloride, and light is also emitted from this part. A prism sheet 3d, of which the sectional shape provided on the inside face of the cylinder 3 is saw-shaped in one face, is arranged. The prism sheet 3d is a microprism made of polycarbonate. The microprisms are installed in a cylindrical shape around the inside face of the hollow cylinder 3 as the projecting parts of the microprisms face to the outside. The hollow cylinder 3 composed in this way has an excellent eye-catching effect as an advertising tower, because the light of a light source 1 can be transferred through a light-outlet part 3c, being emitted from the light guide part 3b.
