PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent leakage of original water in an original water inlet part to the inside of a rotary drum. SOLUTION: In a tank filter 1, a partition 2 for dividing the inside of the tank filter 1 into an original water storage part 3 and a filter treating part 4 in which a rotary drum 11 is installed is installed. In the partition 2, a communicative hole 5 for making the original water storage part 3 and the filter treating part 4 communicate with each other is formed. In both the end parts of the rotary drum 11, drum supporting cylinders each having the diameter larger than that of the communicative hole 5 are provided. The drum supporting cylinder positioned on the communicative hole 5 side is constituted as an open drum supporting cylinder 12 whose end part is opened. Between a cylindrical flange part 16 of the open drum supporting cylinder 12 and the communicative hole 5, a cylindrical elastic seal member 15 is arranged. One side of the elastic seal member 15 is press-fixed to the cylindrical flange part 16, and also the other side of the elastic seal. member 15 is fitted in the communicative hole 5, and on the partition 2, an annular seal member 17 abutted on the outer peripheral surface of the elastic seal member 15 is provided.
