Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure having high reliability for a compressor, reduce assembling steps and costs by decreasing the number of components, and achieve the economy of space. SOLUTION: The fixing structure for compressor for a refrigeration device includes a shoulder bolt 3a which is erected on a base plate 3 and has at its upper part a bolt thread of small diameter, a vibration-proof material 5 set on the plate 3, a compressor fixing plate 9 which is supported by the shoulder of the bolt 3a, and a vibration-proof spacer 10 which is provided under the plate 9 and clamps a compressor mount leg 1a (2a) between itself and the material 5 to resiliently support a compressor 1 (2), and the bolts 3a is inserted into aforementioned materials and fixed by means of a nut 1 to fix the plate 9 on the shoulder of the bolt, and a lateral vibration restricting means 9e (9e), which is disposed outside the outer periphery of the leg 1a (2a) so that a small clearance is provided between the means and the periphery of the leg to restrict the lateral displacement of the leg, is provided for the plate 9.
