Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve carrying force of a belt by setting a carrier surface of the sheet carrier belt lower than a specific center line average roughness or a specific ten points average roughness. SOLUTION: Two sheet carrier belts 1, 1 are respectively wound around three pulleys 2, 2,... Both of the belts 1, 1 face against each other on their horizontal parts and are pressed with specified force, and they are respectively driven by the pulleys 2 so that their horizontal parts move in the same direction and at the same speed. Additionally, they are devised to carry a card 3 as a sheet from the right side to the left side in a state to sandwich it between back surfaces of both of the belts 1 1, and consequently, the back surface of each of the belt 1, 1 is made a carrier surface. Each of the belts 1, 1 is made of a rubber material, and specified quantity of polishing work is applied on its carrier surface by an abrasive paper previously for thickness adjustment. Center line average roughness of the carrier surface is set lower than 2 μRa or ten points average roughness lower than 20 μRz.
