Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the operation and prevent damages to a plug-in part by forming a spring-slide guide mechanism that guides a spring element and has a nonlinear spring characteristics curve. SOLUTION: When a part 2a of a mating receptacle 2 is inserted into a receptacle 1 until it comes into contact with a spring element 3, a bridge part 3d of the sprig element 3 is deflected downward by a deflector 5 of the receptacle 1 and is loosened along the undersurface of the bringing part 2a. When the spring element 3 is loosened, the mating receptacle 2 is fitted in the receptacle 1 with complete connection. At this time, the bridge part 3d of the spring element 3 prevents the mating receptacle 2 from being accidentally unplugged. Thus, by placing the bridge part 3d between the mating receptacle 2 and the holding section 6 of the receptacle 1, the mating receptacle 2 will not be unplugged from the receptacle 1 as long as the bridge part 3d is not deformed actively.
