Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the combustion performance of combustion equipment by stabilizing the flow of compression air being supplied to the combustion equipment. SOLUTION: Air being compressed by a compressor receives heat from an exhaust gas by a heat exchanger 5 and flows into an air chamber 43 from openings 47 and 48. When air that flows into the air chamber 43 flows into an annular channel 42, one portion of air in the annular channel 42 passes through a slit 51 and flows into an inner liner 40. In that case, a flow along the formation direction of the slit 51 is generated at the air of the annular channel 42, thus resulting in a spiral turning flow in one direction, and the flow becomes stable. Then, the turning flow of the compression air flows into the inner liner 40 from a swirler 53.
