Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an incorrect packet from being continuously sent out to a bus by the fault of an equipment such as a specified station, node or terminal and adversely affecting the communication of the other equipment in a bus type LAN or the like using a CSMA/CD access system. SOLUTION: An incorrect packet transmission blocking device 21 is interposed between the equipment 11 and a shared transmission line (bus) 1. The incorrect packet transmission blocking device 21 checks the destination address and origin address of a packet outputted from the equipment 11 and blocks the packet provided with an impertinent address from being sent out to the side of the shared transmission line (bus) 1. In the case that the packets of the same contents are successively sent out from the side of the equipment 11, the incorrect packet transmission blocking device 21 blocks packet transmission to the side of the shared transmission line (bus) 1. The incorrect packet transmission blocking device 21 generates the packet for indicating that the operation of an equipment side is abnormal and transmits it to the other equipment. |
