Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately and selectively detect even chemicals which have not been sufficiently detected by proceeding methods and to improve efficiency by a great deal in evaluating internal dynamic states, by containing a radical capable of being condensed with a carboxylic acid and a benzoquinolizidine derivative having a tertiary amine-type structure. SOLUTION: A benzoquinolizidine derivative is reacted and condensed with a carboxylic acid in a sample to form a stable condensation product, and the condensation product chemically emits light via a reaction with a ruthenium complex. The benzoquinolizidine derivative structurally has 'a radical capable of being condensed with a carboxylic acid' for forming a condensation reaction with a carboxylic acid and has 'a tertiary amine-type structure' necessary for ruthenium complex chemiluminescence. As a typical example of the benzoquinolizidine derivative, there is a compound (I) of the formula I (X is ' radical capable of being condensed with a carboxylic acid' to unite with carbon atoms in cyclic structural formula of any of A-C). There is preferably a compound (II) of the formula II (any one of R3 -R5 is 'a radical capable of being condensed with a carboxylic acid'). |
