Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the air pollution caused by dry ice, by cooling a heat exchanger with a freezer, and circulating a brine, which has come to a low temperature with the heat exchanger, to a cold head with a liquid pump, and freezing the fluid within a pipe by temperature drop of the cold head. SOLUTION: A freezer 1 is driven to cool a heat exchanger 2, and brine is cooled by the heat exchanger 2. Subsequently, the cooled brine is circulated to a cold head 5 by rotating a liquid pump 3, and the fluid within the pipe 4 is frozen by the temperature drop of the cold head 5. At this time, temperature sensors T1 and T2 are provided on the cold head side 5 of valves 13 and 14 so that the pipe 4 may not enter a low-temperature fragility region so as to control the temperature. Then, the power source of the freezer 2 and a hydraulic pump 3 is turned off, and an air pump 16 is rotated to apply pressure to the inside of the cold head 5, and the brine within the cold head 5 is recovered into a tank 6. |
