Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform floor heating effectively without requiring any dedicated heat source and to warm up the entire room effectively by utilizing the warm air circulated through a room, a downward air supply passage and a floor air supply passage and utilized for floor heating again for warming up the room. SOLUTION: A suction port 22 fitted with a fan 23 is made in the wall surface at a position close to the ceiling 4 in a room 2 installed with a warming apparatus 21, e.g. a fan heater. A falling duct 24 having one end communicating with the suction port 22 and the other end communicating with one end 28a of a floor air supply passage 28 is installed in the wall 5. The floor air supply passage 28 has the other end 28b communicating with a delivery port 30 made in the floor 3. The floor air supply passage 28 is formed while being bent in zigzag in a warm air convection panel 16 comprising joists 27 sandwiched between a pair of plate materials 26. The warm air convection panel 16 is set directly under a floor finish material, 17. The air warmed up by the warming apparatus 21 passes through the suction port 22, the falling duct 24 and the floor air supply passage 28 and returns back into the room 2 through the delivery port 30 while warming the floor 3.
