Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold a sheath and to prevent degradation of the sheath and a decrease in antirust effect, etc., which result from bending. SOLUTION: A spherical washer 26 which has at an opposite end to a nut 20 a partial spherical surface part 26a corresponding to the spherical recess part 20a of the nut 20 is placed around a lock bolt 16 between the nut and a joint plate 22, A sheath 24 wound around the lock bolt 16 while being passed through the joint plate 22 and a bearing plate 18 is molded to have in a predetermined part a flexible area 30 wherein at least a flange part thereof can be tilted from the axis of the base part thereof, and the sheath is held while a flange 24a at one end is sandwiched and fixed between the spherical washer 26 and the joint plate. |
