Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid spill-over preventive container of a simple structure effective for an infant's toy or the like. SOLUTION: A large-diameter hole 31 side of a funnel-shape member 3 is mounted in an opening of the container 5, and a small-diameter hole 32 side is disposed in the container. And, a liquid reservoir 7 is formed between an outer periphery of the member 3 and an inner wall of the container 5. Further, a cover member 2 having a central hole 21 of a smaller diameter than that of the hole 31 is mounted at the hole 31 side of the member 3. And, an inner surface of the member 2 at a peripheral edge of the hole 21 is used as a liquid spill-over preventive barrier wall 22. An inward annular protrusion is extended at the peripheral edge of the hole 21. The inward annular protrusion funnel shape is formed, and converged to be reduced in diameter toward its end. Further, a liquid amount of the reservoir 7 at the time of overturning or laterally turning is at least 10% of a total volume of the container 5.
