Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical separation method of useful metal from combus tion ash for inexpensively separating usuful metal contained in combustion ash and by-products produced at the time of separation with high purity. SOLUTION: In a chemical separation method of useful metals contained in combustion ash, the dissolved soln. obtd. by dissolving the combustion ash with an alkali aq. soln. or an alkali aq. soln. mixed with an oxidizer is separated into precipitates and a soln., and from the soln. content, V as the useful metal is recovered by a crystallization method. Then, while the pH of the soln. content in the dissolved soln. obtd. by dissolving the precipitates with an acid aq. soln. is regulated with an alkali aq. soln., Ni and Mg as the usuful metal are recovered. |
