Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a patient without having familiar pharmacy to previously obtain various kinds of information concerning the pharmacy by previously storing an intrinsic information concerning each pharmacy, reading and providing the intrinsic information of a corresponding pharmacy according to the operation by an operator. SOLUTION: A displaying/operation part 2 is constituted of a displaying part for displaying a guide to an operating patient according to each step of processing and touch panel mounted like covering this displaying part for receiving an inputting instruction from the operator. A patient who has not decided a pharmacy yet indicates one of local area selecting buttons corresponding to a nearest or desired area to switch display to a pharmacy selecting picture listing pharmacies within the selected area. When a desired pharmacy is designated, intrinsic information such as the address, the surrounding map, the telephone number, the business hours and the fixed closing day of the selected pharmacy, the name of a pharmacist, the presence/absence of handling of special medicines are displayed.
