Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyamide-reinforced rubber composition excellent in dispersibility of a resin composition dispersed with extremely fine polyamide fibers in a rubber component and not forming gels of the rubber component on blending. SOLUTION: This polyamide-reinforced rubber composition consists of (A) 100 pts.wt. rubber component selected from a butadiene rubber, a chloroprene rubber, an acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber and an epichlorohydrin rubber, and (B) 2-100 pt.wt. fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composition, and the component (B) consists of the following (a)-(b) components; (a) a polyolefin 90-40 pt.wt. (b) a thermoplastic polyamide fiber 10-60 pt.wt. and (c) a silane coupling agent.
